Hello everyone,

We are back in the United States and arrived safely. We left NZ on Jan 18 and we arrived here in LA on the same day. North America is a day behind NZ/Australia and other islands in that part of the world.

Our week leading up to our departure was absolutely crazy! Between cleaning for the new renters and getting our house ready for the movers, it was busy. I am so grateful to many folks who helped us with our kids that week with playdate s, there was no way we would have completed all the hard work. It the midst of it we celebrated Joel’s 3rd birthday. We had a “Cars” theme party and he was so thrilled and excited to be 3.

We left Wellington on a beautiful fine day. In our travels we went to visit Andrew’s Grandmother in Auckland.

The kids have been doing excellent in the mist of all the change.  We have been going out and about everywhere while Andrew has been at work for his CRM staff orientation.

We have had a chance to look at housing through the area and have made some connections with rental agents which has been helpful.

We are looking forward to seeing friends and family in New England in the next few days.
