Hello dear friends and family,

The last several weeks have been a whirlwind.  We are settled for about two more weeks in Georgia with my mom until we make the final trail out west. Late Feb and early March was really interesting!  I had to go to Florida to visit my Grandfather right before we left for our big adventure.  I also got to see my old college roommate, Jamie. From there, we continued on, leaving my dad’s place and driving to Cleaveland, OH where my mom’s family resides.  We had so much fun - this is the Polish side of my family and so we made “Babka” together…well I can’t take credit Andrew and the kids had a blast with my Aunt Teresa making this yummy Polish style coffee cake.
