About us
We serve on the staff of Church Resource Ministries, known as CRM. CRM’s primary mission is that of developing leaders to strengthen and start churches, worldwide. Within CRM, we believe we have been uniquely called to breath life into leaders by discovering and supporting those called to walk alongside pastors, church and community leaders of today; and those which need to emerge in the future.Empowering Leaders
The character and skill of leaders is critical to the life and health of every community and organisation – be it business, politics, sport, family or the church. Leaders are also present in every culture – whether they are dressed in a business suit or the tropical attire of rural Cambodia.
Despite all this diversity, what is common is that leadership is hugely challenging, and can be isolating and alienating with new leaders often woefully unprepared. Worldwide, those who have accepted the call to lead share a critical need for dedicated servants who are skilled guides, mentors and friends. CRM has over 300 of such people serving the church and the poor around the world. Assisting with the often hidden burdens and sharing the joys of leadership, CRM staff serve in the trenches to see church leaders and their communities succeed. CRM believes in the power and leverage of godly leadership.

Our contribution
Andrew is CRM’s Vice President of Communication and Jennifer is a part of CRM’s staff.
To fulfill CRM’s mission of developing leaders for the church requires an organisation that can recruit and support staff, deliver resources, raise money and support ministry in a way that sees increasing numbers of CRM staff serving for a lifetime.
CRM has asked Andrew to bring his strategic and organisational experience to brand development, communications, recruiting of new staff, website development and publishing. While at first glance these tasks may appear distinctly separate from that of service on the front line, they are in fact critical to the success of CRM’s field operations.
The leadership of CRM believe God is calling them to triple the size of the staff over the next ten years with further expansion into areas such as Africa and the Middle East, including the further development of indigenous CRM staff. Successful recruiting, as led by Andrew, will make a significant contribution to this goal.
This expanding staff , once they are discovered and sent, will require millions of dollars in funding –Andrew’s long-term responsibility for developing an iconic brand will substantially aid the understanding of current and future donors.
CRM staff are highly capable people from all walks of life. Their tried and tested knowledge of leadership is invaluable both for today and leaders in decades to come. As Andrew takes responsibility for publishing this knowledge via the web and more traditional forms there becomes the potential to exponentially increase the reach and impact of this rich depository.
Jennifer is always making a contribution in the musical arts – in the last two years this has been in musical theatre. Importantly this creative gift is coupled with strong organisational abilities. Her role within CRM will develop as our young family grows up. Regardless of timing, we have always considered ourselves a team, empowering one another to make our collective Kingdom contribution as God opens the doors.
To contribute in these positions, we are based near CRM’s offices in Anaheim, California.
Our commitment
In summary, we believe we have been granted a tremendous opportunity to serve church leaders around the world. These leaders come in many guises – to each, CRM staff offer a global community of servants equipped with finely tuned tools of change.
It is our privilege to discover individuals and support them to change the destinies of individuals, churches, communities and nations. We cannot do this alone - we are dependant upon a team of financial supporters. To find out more about supporting us, please click here.
